About Coco Love

Coco Love has always loved dancing. She studied dance at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds. Although she didn’t pursue a career in dance after graduation, she still enjoyed busting out shapes on the dance floor and dancing around the house.

Years later, she realised she wanted to get back into dance. She attended aerial silks classes which she loved (and still does)  at Blush dance studios. It was here she also discovered burlesque fitness classes. This helped fuel her passion and soon after joining the burlesque fitness classes, she signed up for the burlesque fitness instructor course at Blush. She then started up her own classes in Manchester. It wasn’t long after starting them that they got the opportunity to perform and since then they have continued to perform at local festivals and showcases, holding their own successful showcase in March 2018.

To develop her own skills, Coco has attended many workshops and classes (and still continues to do so) and was a student of Lady Wildflower. This gave her the chance to debut as a solo artist at the Frou Frou Club in Hebden Bridge. Since then she has continued to perform at other well known burlesque nights such as the Slippery Belle, CherieBebe’s Burlesque Revue and Titters and Tassels.

Coco was a go-go dancer in July 2018 at the Kendal Calling Festival for Kunst Cabaret.

She also teaches hen parties through Spicy Hen Parties.

Coco started 2019 performing at The Lowry in Salford, in the Slippery Belle.
